Nice basic fish dish. Had an almost Greek taste to me. Easy to do with things you usually have in the house.

I was looking for a healthy fish recipe that was tasty without containing butter or cream, well I found it with this recipe, I used ling/shark & I added some dried Tarragon to the parsley, it was lovely & moist & the 1 large clove of garlic topped it off, I also squeezed extra lemon over at the end. My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed it, but I actually made too much & we couldn't finish it so I gave my fussy burmese cat some leftovers and he amazingly wolfed it down, this is a cat who won't even eat atlantic salmon or prawns, so I thank you that the 3 of us had a great meal.

Enjoyed the flavor of this although with the fairly small amount of liquid and baking it was a little dry on top. My oven has a heating element on the top which probably didn't help a lot, but I think it would have been a lot more moist either covered or wrapped in foil for a steaming effect.

I fixed this with a salad and biscuits and felt like I was at Red Lobster. I put lots of pepper on the fish to give it a little extra kick but it is a very tasty recipe.
