Delicious. I made half of it and got 2 ramekins. I used orange zest and didn't measure. It was probably more than asked. I loved it that way. We loved it. Thanks Swissms

I never ate oatmeal for the same reason, until last year when I discovered that baked oatmeals didn't have to be mushy. We enjoyed this recipe so much we made it two days in a row! The first day in four 6oz ramekins & the second day in an 8x8 baking dish. I left out the optional orange zest, as my cranberries were orange flavored & it's quite a powerful orange flavor so I didn't think we'd need any extra. Other than that, made as directed. I loved the creme brulee topping & even my picky toddler at this "all gone!" The amounts are perfect as written, giving each ingredient a chance to stand out. Thanks for sharing your creation, swissms!
