Very good & easy! Next time I may use honey mustard instead of the dijon just to suit our tastes more.

Well, this was one of the tastiest meals, sooooo simple and sooooo easy to cook! I didn't have an Italian seasoning mix so I added 1/2 tsp oregano and 1/2 tsp of tarragon. The meat was very tender, we ate it with broccoli and basmati rice, delicious. Thanks for posting Inez, this will most certainly be a regular for us.

Excellent, Fast & Simple. This chicken was so simple to prepare and cook and turned out to be a real treat. Everyone loved it and there were no leftovers. Very simple to make with ingredients normally on hand. I started it and in a little over half an hour had a dinner that looked like I had spent hours on. Very healthy verses the usual Dijon Chicken I make with cream and all the other ingrredients.
