Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons roma tomatoes, diced small
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon fresh jalapeno, tiny diced (to desired heat)
  • 1 1/4 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.

    Keep chilled until ready to eat with Whole Grain Melba Snacks
  3. 3
    For extra zest, add 1/2 teaspoon rough chopped fresh cilantro and 1 Tablespoon minced garlic.
