This is the best, moistest cake I've made from scratch. It's always requested for at work and/or family gatherings.

I changed the ingrediants up abit. I omitted the coffee, since I personally do not like the taste of it(even a hint), I instead added 3/4 cup of water with one pkt of hot choc. and increased the baileys to 1/2 cup from a 1/4 cup. Let me tell you, it was bliss!!! I took it to a potluck and everyone ate it up. Can not beat Baileys and chocolate together!! The cake was also very moist, incredible. Thanks so much for a delicious recipe!!!

I made this recipe for a St. Patrick's Day party. There were tons of desserts and yet, this is the one everybody ate! The Bailey's is a great draw For a from-scratch cake, this was pretty easy. The icing was super yummy. I didn't get to eat a piece (it all went), but there were lots of kudos. My extended family loves Bailey's, so this is definitely a keeper!

Oh my, I made this for my work place while I was on sick leave, and wow, it was very very good. It was so moist and sweet. Everyone at my work loved it. It was gone in the very same day that I took it. The next time I have to take leave I think I will make another one just so the boss won't say anything to me! lol
