Made for weekend guests and it received rave reviews. Quite hardy so served on mini bagels.

This was delicious. It made enough for 5 bagels. I thought the amount of bacon seemed very generous when I was mixing it in, but then thought about how many slices I'd cooked and realized I'd put in about 7 oz instead of 4 oz. Oops. I'm sure it is great with the lesser amount, too.
