Chicken With Tarragon, Garlic & Olives

I knew when I tagged this recipe that it would be a winner for us. It is actually quite a bit like 1 of my own recipes (Plokkfiskur from Iceland), very popular here & esp w/my DH. We both loved this easy-fix w/readily available ingredients for us & we esp liked the use of hard-boiled egg in it. I was surprised that it stayed moist w/o the use of (or need for) any butter or milk. We both found it a bit in need of seasoning ~ DH added pepper & I added Lemon Pepper Seasoning Salt, but those are matters of pers pref. This is certain to be repeated, so thx for sharing this recipe w/us.
