I gave this 3 stars. My 5 yr old newphew & 6 yr old niece really liked these ribs. My future hubby and I thought they were ok. While these are the most tender fall off the bone ribs they just didn't taste the greatest. I used boneless ribs. Before cooking the sauce I thought the sauce tasted great but after cooking the sauce it tated like tomato sauce. Maybe if I added more brown sugar they would taste better. While I don't think we will have these again I may try the recipe again with no onions and some more brown sugar as these are so tender. Thanks for posting. Christine (internetnut)

Perfect. I usually double the recipe in order that the ribs should be completely covered in sauce.
