Lots of flavor. These are very addictive. Once you had one you'll eat them all. You can eat these hot or cold. And you can try any veggies you like.

I won't leave stars, since I tried to cut the recipe down to 2 servings and may have miscalculated. Think I'll stick to regular roasted asparagus with a touch of fresh garlic and olive oil; the marinade was a bit bitter for me. Nice to try something different, though; I must be the odd one out!

This was awesome. It was really flavorful and had good amount of heat from the red pepper (I probably used more than recipe called for b/c i like spicy food). I made it as a side with a grilled salmon and it stole the show from the main course. In fact I ended up dipping my salmon in the left over marinade.

Thank you Rita for posting the recipe. We made it tonight after having several asparagus recipes over the last weeks. We live in Washington state and WA asparagus is in season so we have been eating it about 3 times a week. Lucky to find it at .99/lb last week. We rate this as one of our favorites. I roasted it at 500 degrees for about 10 mins w/o turning. Froze the marinade to use for another batch. Kayswv

This is my new favorite recipes for asparagus!! I made it with my George Foreman grill. I used balsamic vinegar as I didn't have the rice wine vinegar. Thanks, Rita!
