This is a very tasty, quick to put together appetizer. I got the recipe from a friend who highly recommended it, just finished making it and I cannot keep my hands OFF of it!

This was quite bland and I had to add more a good bit of parmesan cheese to zip it up. I think I'd rather just have spinach and artichoke dip the traditional way. My mistake was probably in that I used frozen rather than canned artichokes (since they have more tang). I may try it again!

Great for a quick appetizer that evryone will enjoy. I sprinkled the tops with paprika for color.

This is wonderful!! I used the good stuff on this, not parmesan but parmigiano reggiano!! I used a shallot instead of an onion. A great appetizer for all the holiday parties. Thanks for the recipe!!!

Oh yum, we love this!! Very simple to make and outstanding flavour. I used a low-fat mayo and a teaspoon of crushed fresh garlic and Fabulous Crusty Italian Loaf for the bread. Thanks for posting. Cheers.
