Fantastic muffins! I used white flour instead of whole wheat and I also added a streusel topping, but other than that I made them as written. Really tasty and great texture. Thanks for sharing!

What can I say but these were a hit for a get together I went to this morning. I whipped this up in no time at all. Thanks for posting this recipe for us to try.

These are wonderful. Lovely and light even with the whole-wheat flour. Very, very tasty and extremely easy to throw together. I made into mini muffins and got 36 from the recipe using a heaped tablespoon of the mix for each muffin. I cooked for 15 minutes. Thanks Derf for another winner
