A quick, light lunch or a delicious snack. I never get tired of this combo!

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 firm eating apple (I like Gala the best)
  • 2-4 tablespoons peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)

Directions

  1. 1
Core and slice apple into wedges.
  2. 2
Divide the peanut butter evenly among the slices. I usually spread mine along the inner edge.
  3. 3
    Enjoy!

Great snack! I usually cut the apple(s) into wedges and use the peanut butter as a dip.

Not sure that I call this a recipe, because I've been having it for years and it's only two ingredients....but very yummy!
