We love Acorn squash, this recipe is delicious. I used 1 apple & wished that I had used 2 & doubled everything as my squash was larger. Loved the flavor of the orange, dried cranberries, and apple pie spice(for the apple pie spice I made Apple Pie Spice-Great)the maple syrup adds a very good touch to this recipe. Thanks Paula, for another winner!
