This was very good! I added a touch of splenda and cinnamon to the egg whites also, very surprisingly tasty!

This one was interesting. I doubled it for my daughter and I. She couldn't get over the fact that there were apples and eggs together and that felt weird to her. I enjoyed the combo, but don't know that I would do it again. Thanks for a fun one to try.

Selected this recipe from the PAC - Fall 2007 Newbie Nursery and it was such a delight. . Have done many egg white omelettes with savory fillings but never sweet. No microwave here so the apples were thin sliced and cooked on the stove with a tablespoon of water and a little of PaulaG's Baking Spice Blend Mix. The results were devine like a high protein low calorie slice of pie in the morning. (Just 2 pts for WW.) Though I served mine with a slice of wheat toast and a little deli ham warmed in the pan, I think a slice of aged cheddar would be devine. Thanks Elisabet.

I am horrible at making omlets - so this became scrambled egg whites with apples. Delicious, and I didn't even use sugar or sweetener.
