This bread didn't work for me. I'm not sure whether it was my machine, the recipe, both. I made it ages ago, by the recipe a friend gave me. She let the ABM knead it, and then took it out and baked it separately, and put a glaze over it. I think maybe adding more of the spices would help.

This bread is wonderful. I added a half cup of dried fruit morsels into the mixture and this gave the bread a sweeter flavor because my apple pie filling was not very sweet on its own. Thanks for the great recipe, I'll be making this again and again. Linda

I really liked the idea of this bread, and the house smelled wonderful while this was baking. BUT...it was just too bland. I had expected it to be sweet and it wasn't. Maybe it's not supposed to be or maybe it was my pie filling? I don't know, but I don't think I'll be making it again. Sorry.

Just like nessa1021 I didn't like this bread. It was very very dense and heavy. It did smell wonderful when it was in the breadmaker, but the end result wasn't what my family liked. It's a great idea, but just not my cup of tea. I am sorry.
