Apple-Goat Cheese Bruschetta

It takes 6 ingredients and 20 minutes to put together this beautiful bruschetta provided by Light & Tasty magazine.
SERVES 8
Ingredients
- 16 slices French bread (1/2 inch thick)
- 1 medium apple, chopped
- 1/4 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 3/4 teaspoon fresh thyme, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper, coarsely ground
Directions

Place bread slices on an ungreased baking sheet.2
Broil 3-4 inches from the heat for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.3
Combine the apple, goat cheese, thyme, oregano and pepper; sprinkle over bread.4
Broil 1 minute or until cheese is softened.
