Mmmmmmmmmmm. So good and so good for you !

SERVES 12 -15 , 1 loaf (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 350°F Grease and flour 9 x 5 in bread pan.
  2. 2
    Beat milk, butter, and sugar at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat after each addition.
  3. 3
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda; gradually add to butter mixture and stir until blended.
  4. 4
    Stir in applesauce, cinnamon, and walnuts; pour into bread pan.
  5. 5
    Bake 50-55 min or until toothpic in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack 10 min; remove from pan, and continue cooling on rack.
