This is from Pampered Chef. I recently attended an "It's A Wrap" party through them and got the recipe for this. We like it without the meat, but you can be the judge of whether you add it in or not. ZWT West region.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Mix cream cheese with the basil and garlic.
  2. 2
On each tortilla, spread about 2 tablespoons of this mixture on the tortillas to within 1/4 inch of the edge.
  3. 3
Layer with romaine, salami, ham, and cheese.
  4. 4
Next, layer on the olives, roasted red peppers, and artichoke hearts that you prefer.
  5. 5
Tightly roll up the tortilla and cut in half on the diagonal.
  6. 6
    Enjoy!

Wow these were really fantastic and easy to make. The only thing I changed was that I didn't have any artichoke so I put pickle instead and surprisingly was really nice thanks for a great recipe Lori!

These were so good! I ended up with 5 wraps with the listed amounts. (I probably had enough of everything except the cream cheese mixture to have made 6.) These are very filling and have a terrific flavor. I premade these and wrapped individually in plastic wrap. My DH doesn't care for romaine so I left the lettuce off of several and then grilled them on a indoor grill (foreman). WOW!!! The grilled ones were exceptional! A crispy tortilla filled with melted cheeses and so much flavor. I will definitely grill them again. We are having the rest of the wraps for lunch today. Thanks Lori for sharing your recipe!!!

I saw that you had been chef of the day and decided to make this recipe in your honour. I used veggie ham instead of the ham and salami, and used kalamata olives. I also used Italian flavored flatwraps(I've been looking for a good excuse to buy them). This made a nice lunch and was yummy! Thanks Lori!
