Made in memory of a Zaar member whose recipes have graced our table. Each of the recipes I have made are not only winners but requested often and have been added to our family cookbook. This one is no exception - made as posted and wouldn't change a thing. Served with a green salad and some freshly baked crusty rolls - made for a wonderful evening meal.

Fabulous. My DH and I loved it! I never seem to have ricotta in the house when I need it, and this is totally YUM without it. Congrats to the Chef!

This was WONDERFUL! It took a bit longer to cook , about 2 hours and 15 minutes from start to picture snapping
, but worth every minute! And that could've been my fault, my sausage links were pretty fat! tee hee Anyway , this is a nice change of pace from something being drowned in sauce , I'm loving the tomato chunks ... Mmmmmm... and the cheese ... Mmmmm ... It was easy to do , and we all 3 said THIS IS A KEEPER!! Thanks for posting this recipe CoolMonday!!

This Ziti was awesome! I saw the picture Marlene1964 posted and I had to try this. It was soooo easy and my family really enjoyed it. I think that I would definitely add a little bit of sauce, but overall it was quite saucy. I did reduce the amount of pasta to about 12 oz, and I am glad that we did. It would have been too dry otherwise. Thanks for a great recipe Cool Monday!
