You can use any flavour pudding, fruit etc. I also use Mandarin oranges with shaved bits of chocolate. Delicious and easy dessert.

1 cake (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Slice cake into 3 rings, set aside.
  2. 2
Stir dry pudding mix with reserved pineapple juice. Fold in pineapple, then whipped topping. Frost each ring top as you rebuild cake. Frost outside of cake with remaining mixture.

This is the easiest desert to make! I've made it several times, always using fat free/sugar free pudding mix and fat free cool whip - nobody can tell! Virtually no prep, huge crowd pleaser. You can't lose!

Ah......heaven. I have made this twice and altered it both times. The first time I used lemon pudding and shaved lemon rind over top. Second time round, I used pistachio pudding and it was yummy. A light, delicious dessert and easy. Love it.

This is a quick and tasty dessert. I used sugar free angel food cake, chocolate pudding and whipped topping. Instead of pineapple I used rasberries. since there was no pineapple juice I add 1 c of skim milk. I'll make this ofter. Thanks for the treat.
