I have to admit, these were strange. A good strange, but strange none-the-less. Mine did stick to the tin foil but I figured out that if I just let them cool, (I just pulled the tin foil - with cookies intact - off of the cookie sheet and let it cool on a rack) they peeled off of the tin foil with no problems. This was a great "experiment". Thanks for posting.

I didn't even finish baking them all... I dumped out the remaining batter. The taste was just so odd. Also, when I lined the sheets with foil, it was impossible to get them off. I tried then w/o the foil, and they came off with no problem at all.

Very nice! I pulled out my angel food cake mix and it was only 16 oz. so I was worried, but it worked out fine leaving the water and the fruit as written. I used this as an opportunity to use up some little bits of dried fruit so I used raisins (I found 2 little half boxes that my kids obviously took for lunches and never finished!), some dried nectarines (to finish the bag), and topped it off with a handful of dried sweetened cranberries. I got about 3.5 dozen. They are actually fairly large cookies (I was worried they would be tiny) and they are very pretty with the white cookie and the colored fruit. Watch them carefully, though. They go from "almost done" to "over done" in a very short period of time!
