Ana's Honey and Soy Glazed Salmon

A great way to serve up salmon any day of the week... Great with other fish too! I bet it would even be wonderful with scallops or shrimp on the grill, and also chicken, although you would probably have to make more sauce... YUM! Try doubling up on the sauce, and serving it over rice along with your meal...

This was a nice recipe. I used it as a marinade. I let it sit for about an hour. Substituted lemon juice for lime juice since i didnt have lime. Cooked it off in the oven. It was nice, and ill definitely make it again. But i wasnt wowed by it.

Super salmon. Goes together quickly and easily for a superb meal. For stars tag. Actually, forgot the lime, but great on its own.

This simple recipe is really delicious! It goes together in a matter of minutes and the results are company worthy. I doubled the glaze ingredients and otherwise made as directed. Thanks so much, Linda's Busy Kitchen!

Nice combination of flavors; salty enough for my husband, sweet enough for me. Very simple to make. I recommend doubling (or tripling) the glaze depending on the size of your salmon and the amount of sauce you like.
