I took this to the DS's recreation group and it was enjoyed for morning tea and finished off in the afternoon at a staff meeting. I used a dessert spoon to scoop out and got 29 yummies for those interested 1/3 cup butter = 2 3/4 oz, 75g, 16 large marshmallows = 8 0z, 230g, 1 cup coconut (I used dessicated) = 30z, 85g and 2 cups rolled oats = 60oz, 175g. Thank you susie cooks. Made for Please Review My Recipe.

Yummy! The kids are loving these. I have always made the "old" version of these stove top cookies which do not contain the marshmallows. I think the marshmallows give the cookies a better texture. If anyone is using mini marshamallows, I guessed at about 1 3/4 - 2 Cups and that seemed to work right. Thanks for a quick recipe Susie cooks!

These are delicous!! They are going on my comfort food list. So easy to make. The only problem is I think I will need to double the recipe next time. They disappear so fast!!! I think they would be good with a little peanut butter thrown in also.
