Wow! I did this recipe and absolutely loved it. I drizzled melted chocolate chips on top for a beautiful and yummy treat! Thank you for this recipe!

This is an awesome snack that's perfect for dipping into coffee. I've done this recipe twice now, once with parchment and once with a KitchenAid silicon mat. Both ways the "loaf" was easy to transfer to a cutting board for slicing. If I ever do this for a gift or bake sale I will put chocolate on the bottom like our favorite Nonni's we get at the warehouse store.

This was my first time making Biscotti, and it turned out really well. I was looking for something simple but tasty, and this recipe was perfect. I ended up making a maple-flavoured icing to top it off, which probably sounds pretty odd but it still turned out well. I will definitely make it again, thank you for posting this recipe!
