Another on my list to try from the Amarula web site.

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

2 ounces Amarula cream liqueur
1 ounce white rum
3 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce coconut cream

Directions

1
Blend all ingredients with crushed ice and pour into a tall cocktail glass.

Garnish with pineapple slice and cherry.

Made for ZWT4..This drink was wonderful...like all other amarula drinks that I have made. I always have this stuff on hand so this will be a nice relaxing after dinner drink often.

So, so good. Just recently discovered Amurula and this was a terrific use of it! So sweet and creamy with just a bit of a bite at the end so that you know you are living dangerously :D Thanks for sharing. Will make again and again! ZWT3
