Found the recipe on an Indian cooking website & believe it to be the same dish that my friend Raksha used to make for me.

This was pretty good. I added 1 c. frozen cauliflower and 3 tsp. of chicken bouillon instead of salt. I will make it again! Thanks for the recipe.

I wasn't fussy on this rice, but my husband loved it. He is taking leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

I'm a big fan of Indian cuisine, so this pressed all the right buttons for me! The finished dish looks very pretty as the turmeric makes it go the most beautiful colour. I felt the cumin seeds got a bit 'lost' (but that may be because they're one of my favourite ingredients) so I shall add more next time.

My family loved this recipe. I made it with Coriander Lemon Chicken Coriander Lemon Chicken and it went very well together. Whats more, there was no need to make a vegetable side dish ^_^ thanks! I WILL BE MAKING THIS AGAIN!
