FYI - directions call for baking soda and baking powder, but no powder listed in ingredients. Similar recipes appear to use 1 tsp baking powder. I made mine with ONLY baking soda, rose up nicely, but dense like cornbread. Might try adding 1 tsp baking powder next time.
