I doubled the recipe and made half with golden Oreos and half with chocolate Oreos. I also skipped the chocolate drizzle. I think my Oreos were old (they did not split easily) and it took several days before the bottom cookie was soft. These were yummy but I found them too sweet for us. I guess I like fruit on my cheesecake.

I prepared these, along with Teresa's Mini-Cheesecakes and Key Lime Cheesecake (Copycat from Cheese Cake Factory), for a friend's birthday celebration. These were my Hubby's favorites. All were loved, though.

Delicious! I got a bit carried away sprinkling the crushed Oreos over the tops and ran out, so I just crushed more. Otherwise, followed the recipe exactly. The recipe does not mention chill time, but these, as any cheesecake, need several hours chill time. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

These were really good. I screwed up and put the whole oreo on the bottom and then had to use the other Oreos to crumble over the top...that just made it better as far as I am concerned. The cheesecake part didn't quite seem sweet enough but it was still very good. It was handy having them in individual portions for the kids. Thanks for a fun recipe!
