a tasy native american soup thats simple and declious very easy to make and it is very tasty

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces hazelnuts, crushed
  • 6 shallots, with tops
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 6 cups vegetable stock or beef stock or venison stock or chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. 1
    Place all ingredients in a large soup pot & simmer.

    slowly over a medium heat for 1 1/2 hours.

    stirring occasionally.
