A great combination of Coconut Rum, Melon , Banana and Pineapple.

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce coconut rum, like Malibu
  • 1 ounce melon liqueur, like Midori
  • 3/4 ounce banana liqueur
  • 3/4 ounce blue curacao
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce cream

Directions

  1. 1
    Pour all ingredients over ice, shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
  2. 2
    Top with whipped cream and a cherry.

Even for a winter night, this is wonderful. No tropics here right now, but I'm enjoying this drink. Look forward to trying it in summer too. I skipped the whipped cream & cherry, but will try that another day. Thanks Nick's Mom for sharing this winner.

    OK, so maybe I drank a bit more of these than I should have but DANG they were good! The only thing missing was the beach, the sun, and the ocean. However, I did enjoy these poolside and will be making them again! Made for ZWT4.

    I liked this, but my dh didn't. I think that I will make it again for him without the midori. If he still doesn't like it, I will make it just for myself! Beautiful color too. Thank you very much!
