This gets 5 stars for taste! I just love dark chocolate, but had bought 5 bars of 65% bittersweet chocolate just recently, so used that. I chose the cocoa dusted and almond coated truffles. I did have a bit of a hard time rolling them into balls, they were so creamy and melting quickly. The result was worth it! Thanks Karen!
