This recipe was just okay. My son enjoyed it, but I did not. If he hadn't of like it, it would have been a two star rating. I think I will stick to my old tetrazzini recipe instead. Unlike another reviewer, I don't think this was like alfredo at all, the sauce wasn't creamy enough for that.

The recipe was fairly good, and maybe I'm really stupid but I didn't realize this was just another Chicken Alfredo recipe. I was expecting a recipe that I'd never had before, and this tasted just like all the other Alfredo recipes I've ever had. If you like Alfredo, this is very tasty. It just wasn't what I expected.

I can only agree with the others that this is a very tasty dish, but I also have to add how flexible it is. I made this with a combination of cooked white and dark meat chicken, radiatorre pasta, romano cheese and plain yogurt (when I discovered I was out of sour cream). I also just added the paprika into the sauce instead of sprinkling over the top (gives a lovely color). My husband and I both loved it-- thanks for possting !

This was so great! Really rich, thick and delicious! My husband raved about it, which he doesn't do about many recipes and both my kids ate their full plates worth. I made the recipe exactly as written, and I loved it! Excellent recipe that is easy to put together and very delicious. I think this may be one of the new dishes I take to new moms. Thank you so much! Kristen
