Great recipe Mom!! I had some hamburger I needed to use up, so I made this, very filling, and I had extras leftover!!! I will definately be making this again, even Tomy said it was a keeper, and tryed to eat a second one, even though he knew he was already close to being full. Hopefully you will be sharing a few more wonderful recipes soon.

My DH and DS gave this 2 thumbs up and each of them ate 3! I had eaten a late lunch and wasn't really hungry or in the mood to cook so this was perfect as it is quick and easy and something the boys would like. I did take a bite of my dh's before he was able to finish them all and found the burritos to be quit tasty. Will be making this a lot during football season only I will double the recipe and perhaps freeze a few for a quick dinner or snack. You did good girl!
