A very easy dish to make, and delicious served over rice.

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Place chicken, tomatoes and mushrooms in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. 2
    Combine dressing, soup mix, oregano and bay leaves.
  3. 3
    Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables and bake 1-1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees F.

    Wow!! This is a great one. So easy! I can see this being on our table at least 2 times a month. The flavor is intense! I did the recipe as posted, no changes. You never fail to wow us Miss Annie, we love your recipes!

    Absolutely wonderful! I used thighs and omitted the mushrooms, using quarted onions, instead. Unfortunately, the thighs were bone-in, so prolly took about an extra 1/2 hour to bake. (Next time, I'll use boneless!) Really a good recipe, Mizz Annie. We sure enjoyed! Thanks for sharing an easy and tasty one! Laudee

    Really very tasty. Didn't think the onion soup and Italian dressing would taste good mixed together, but it really was good!!!!!
