My friend brought these to work one morning around the holidays and I think I ate a whole pan by myself. These are so good and so easy to make...great to take to work or for a party. If you love cheese, you will love these! I guessed on the serving size, as it depends on how big you cut the squares.

SERVES 25 -35 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
  2. 2

  4. 4
Pour liquid mixture evenly over the top of cheese/jalepeno layer.
  5. 5
Cook at 350* for 45 minutes.
  6. 6
    Cool.
  7. 7
    Cut into squares.
  8. 8
    Serve and enjoy!

This was very tasty!!! I made it according to recipe, except that I added an additional 1 1/2 fresh, blanched, chopped jalapeņos that were leftover from making jalapeņo poppers. It was a huge hit. At this point, I still have a couple of pieces left, and I'm inclined to hide them for my breakfast tomorrow!!! By the way, if you cut them into larger slices and serve it with side dishes, it makes an excellent meatless brunch/dinner. I might try varying this by adding some ham. Thanks for sharing an excellent recipe that I will be making again and again!

Sorry, I had to post my review again, I forgot to check the 5*'s! These are so good and easy! I prepared these according to the recipe, although I reduced the amount of jalapenos by just a little, using all I had left in a jar. I did pour in a little bit of the juice too! These are delicious, warm with just a little dab of sour cream! Ohh, I could not keep my hands off of them while I was in the kitchen! DH will be thrilled when he gets home and can try one! (if there are any left!) Thanks for a wonderful recipe, Troop Angel!
