A delicious tangy marinade that is wonderful on either meat.

1 cup (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Place meat in a shallow glass dish.
  2. 2
    Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3
    Pour over the meat, using about 1/2 cup per lb of meat.
  4. 4
    Cover and marinate several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
  5. 5
    Remove the meat and place the marinade in a small saucepan.
  6. 6
    Boil for about 1 minute and then grill the meat, basting frequently with the marinade.

    This was an awsome taste. I didn't have the balsamic vinegar, but I used the balsamic vinegrette dressing. and it worked and tasted great.

    I use this marinade all the time for both beef and pork. It works great with brisket! Also makes any cheap cut tender and taste like it's expensive.
