I love loved this! As per my preference I added a tablespoon of vanilla, upped the cinnamon to 2 teaspoons, added a 1.5 teaspoons of nutmeg, and I omitted the cream cheese because to many of the family members don't like it. But it was a hit, even my husband who doesn't like french toast said he liked this. Thanks you for a keeper!

I made this last week for my company. It was nice to be able to throw it together at night and be able to pop it in the oven the next morning. We did have left overs and they reheated well the day after.

This dish was made for a large group of people and we made two pans of it. Thank goodness we did. It disappeared so fast!!! What a great and EASY way to prepare French Toast. This was served along with Linda B's Ham & Cheese Souffle. Thanks so much for sharing this, Sarahsmom.
