Ingredients
- 4 zucchini, unpeeled,sliced thin
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon season salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
Directions

Heat oven to 350.2
Grease bottom and sides of 9x13 glass dish.3
Stir all ingredients together well.4
Pour evenly in dish.5
Bake 25 to 35 minutes.6
Let cool and slice into square pieces.

This tastes like homemade dressing. It is so yummy! We will keep this recipe handy.

These were very tasty, much better than I had expected. I omitted the onion since I don't eat onions and I increased the garlic to 5 cloves. I did think they were a little too greasy, and will reduce the amount of oil I use next time I make these. But overall, I really liked them.
