These wonderful cookies stay in a ball shape and are fantastic! My sister shared this recipe with me and her hint was to keep them stored in the refrigerator, which I have to agree- almost tastes like candy! Very good! We both double this recipe each time we make it.

18 -24 cookies (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Combine all the above ingredients (we do it by hand, but I am sure a mixer is fine) and roll into balls, then roll into sugar.
  2. 2
    Place on cookie sheet.
  3. 3
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, no longer!
  4. 4
    Let cool, if you can--.

These were great for the lunch box! My girlfriend made them for me and all the guys at work wanted some, so she made a batch to bring into work. They were gone in a flash! Mike

Heavenly! I am a peanut butter fiend, and these are the greatest thing to come to peanut butter AND cookies! I added a little more pb because I HAVE to, and skipped the choc chips and wrapped the balls around half a mini reeses cup. This made more than 24, and I cannot stop eating them! So great with no butter so much cheaper and more pb-ery!

Yum-o! I was so glad I found this recipe. I had one out of the oven last night and it was absolute gooey heaven. I refrigerated the rest and had one of those today. I didn't find it as tasty that way. I used a reviewer's idea of putting half of a mini reese's cup in the middle. The dough was a bit crumbly to work with but it still made a ball okay. I reduced the choc chips to about 1/2 cup. I think I'll leave off the sugar next time because it was plenty sweet w/o it. Thanks for posting!
