There are other Lemon Garlic vinaigrette on Zaar but the touch of Dijon in this recipe gives it a special character. Lovely on a simple lettuce, tomato salad

SERVES 2 , 1/4 cup (change servings and units)

    Whisk together the lemon juice,mustard,pepper, salt& Garlic.

    Slowly whisk in the oil, whisk until you can see it has fused and is slightly thicker.

Wonderfully fresh and light! We added some red wine vinegar also.

    Very tasty dressing. I added a little balsamic vinegar to it and served it over European salad mix with chopped red onion and hard boiled egg. I sprinkled a little parmesan cheese on top. Thanks Bergy

    This tastes exactly like a dressing we fell in love with in Paris! Very simple & flavorful! Green or red leaf lettuce, crumbled blue cheese, walnuts & this dressing are the PERFECT combination. Thank you Bergy!
