Although I have not made this yet, it has my mouth watering. Familiarity with the ingredients and method tells me it is superb. The quantities must be for a small appetizer. As a main dish it would probably serve three. Jim

My husband had something similar at a restaurant near our house. I served this over rigatoni and it was quite nice. Makes a great starter at a dinner party.
