I've made this often. Very, very tasty & way too easy. I use Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce & serve with coleslaw. I just made this last week and used the sauce from Best Babyback Ribs in Town Best Babyback Ribs in Town...the BEST!

I will give the recipe a '1' because it was easy to fix. The taste was very bland on no one in the family liked it.

This makes wonderful, tasty, flavorful BBQ sandwiches! It is so easy, you won't believe it - perfect for a weekday meal, for entertaining (because you do not have to cook, while guests are there), and the recipe could easily be adjusted for a large crowd. The only things that I did differently was sprinkle the chicken breasts with garlic salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper; add a few dahses of hot sauce to the BBQ sauce; and throw in some diced green chiles for the last 1/2 hour of cooking time(I, too, shredded the meat during the last 1/2 of cooking time, so that the meat could soak up the sauce and flavors). Served it with BBQ beans and corn, which was perfect with it. Wonderful, simple recipe - thanks for sharing a great idea!

This is great for an easy meal and my family loved it. I used frozen chicken breasts and used the leftovers for nachos the next day. Thanks for the recipe!
