Sweet Mustard Dressing

Recipe #95413 | 5 min | 5 min prep | SERVES 4 (Change Servings)

RECIPE BY: Bobtail

This is a mediterranean style dressing. A nice kicked up version of a honey mustard dressing. Makes about 1/2 cup. I use this on salads, chicken and fish. If I use it on meat, I usually drizzle it on after cooking or use as a dipping sauce. If you try it, I really hope you enjoy it!

Mmmmm this was wonderful! I didn't have enough white vinegar and subbed a little red wine vinegar for the balance. Also used about a Tbsp or two less oil (and no salt). Thanks for the recipe Bobtail - it's a keeper!

I enjoyed this dressing over romaine with feta. The dressing appealed to me because I love all the ingredients! I used a strong mustard (dijon with horseradish) so I used 2 1/2 tsp. Thanks Bobtail for another yummy recipe. Updated: I used this on Mediterranean Broccoli Salad and it was outstanding! Roxygirl
