Chilli Prawn Tostadas

This is great! I love mexican food and i love prawns! Can't go wrong really!

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Place the tomatoes, melon cubes, prawns, coriander and chill powder in a large bowl and toss together well.

    Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper and toss again.
  3. 3
    Spoon the mixture onto some folded flour tortillas and serve with some finely shredded iceberg lettuce.
