Yet another version of muesli, from the "Betty Bossi"-cookbooks (kind of swiss Martha Stewart). Very easy to made and always a good breakfast and therefore a good start in the morning.

    Steam the sliced apple in lemon juice.

    Mix milk and yogurt in soup plate, add sliced apple and top with granola.
