Sooo good. I'd seen this recipe years before on the bisquick box, but I didn't think it sounded good. But when I saw that it received 27 review here on Zaar, well I just had to give it a shot. Very moist and tasty. I omitted the butter step and like some others, sprayed with Pam. I also added garlic and onion powders, black pepper and Spicy Mrs. Dash. I'll be making this again...often.

What lovely golden, crisp chicken Turns. Thank you so much for sharing this great recipe. It was quick and easy to make. I added 1 tsp garlic powder and used jerk pepper seasoning in place of ground pepper. In case I forgot to say...it tastes amazing...I can't wait for lunch to try it cold.

This was INCREDIBLE! I even made it healthier than it already is. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I did not put butter in the bottom of the pan, just sprayed it with Pam. Before I dredged the chicken breasts in the bisquick mix, I gave the chicken a quick spray of Pam, too. In addition, I added one tsp. garlic powder to the bisquick mix and instead of regular salt, I used seasoned salt. The flavor was out of this world. Then to make my cooking time as quick as possible, I cut my chicken breasts in half length wise. I started with two thick chicken breasts and ended with four thin breasts. My cooking time was only about 20 minutes TOTAL. My husband just loved it, as did I! I know I'll make this many more times. Thanks for a great recipe Turns!
