These were quite good, although it was a bit to 'syrupy' for my tastes. The card that came with my midori had this same recipe, but with light cream added. So I tried this and it was much nicer. I am throwing my best friend's Hens Night soon, and these will be on the drinks menu!

My husband loves this drink. It is so good and you can't go wrong with pineapple juice!

This is really smooth. The flavor of the coconut really comes through and almost tastes as if it were mixed with honey (Midori is a honeydew melon liqueur). Excellent! Thanks for posting.
