Really good! I make something similar in the crock pot. I was surprised that the chops were not that tender though.. I will be making this again but doing it in the crock pot, I loved the flavor of the gravy. I did add some fresh mushroom slices.

Yumm! From time to time I break down and made and old fashioned comfort dinner. Boy does this fit the bill. The prep time for me was maybe 15 mins and then I just put the skillet in the oven to finish it. Only one pan to wash...ok, 2, I heated canned peas - DH's fav veg). The meat is very tender as promised and it a true man pleaser and I'm sure that the kids will enjoy it too. DH has already ask to have it again.

OMG, this is a neat little supper dish! The chops just fell apart...soooo tender! I didn't have gravy mix, so I made up brown gravy with beef base and a little flour. Worked out fine. I did this in the oven, but next time, I wanna try the crockpot...Bet it'll be great! Thanks for sharing, Claudia...Tis a keeper for sure!

I made this yesterday, It was so tender and delish. I did make a few changes, I used my gravy from: Denise's fat free brown gravy, I used the cream of mushroom soup, but with only 1/2 can of water, and poured over the chops, I left out the onions and potatoes, I did cover the dish with foil to cook and I served Garlic Mashed potatoes and veggies and stuffed mushrooms on the side. This is a keeper, very very good, lots of flavor
