Low-Calorie Dip for Raw Veggies or Potato Chips

Recipe #92719 | 2 min | 2 min prep | SERVES 16 , 1 cup (Change Servings)

RECIPE BY: echo echo

Very good and easy to make. I eat it with carrot sticks, celery sticks, green bell pepper strips, cherry tomatoes and/or cucumber slices. I myself make this with light rather than nonfat Miracle Whip or mayo, because I don't like nonfat, which to my mind tastes quite different--however, if you don't mind the taste of nonfat, go for it!

Posted on: Jun 6, 2004

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise or Miracle Whip light
  • tablespoons dried chives
  • teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon spicy mustard (dijon or Guldens)
  • Directions

    1. 1
Combine all ingredients until well blended.

Great stuff - served it with carrot and celery sticks and used Fat Free Mayo instead of light. Tasty, easy, quick, healthy - this one's got it all. Thanks for the keeper !

This was so easy and so good. I especially liked the fact that it is low calorie. I used Hellmans Ultra Low Fat Mayo. This is definitely a keeper. I will be making it again for sure. Thanks for a great recipe.
