Mom's X-tra Good Bbq Spareribs

Recipe #92345 | 2¼ hours | 15 min prep | add private note

By: EdsGirlAngie
Jun 1, 2004

My mother definitely liked ribs, and she had many ways of fixing them. This is her very own recipe, with her signatures: a little "tang" in the form of vinegar, and a little "zip" from dry mustard.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. 2
Brown spareribs in a large skillet.
  3. 3
    Transfer meat to baking dish.
  4. 4
Combine the onion, ketchup, water, salt, Worcestershire Sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and dry mustard.
  5. 5
Pour over ribs in baking dish, cover and bake in a 350 degree F oven for 1-3/4 hours.
